Partners Overview

The National Insecticides Treated Nets Programme (NATNETS) is a multi donor public private partnership that is committed to significantly up-scale the use of Insecticide Treated Nets (ITNs) throughout Tanzania Mainland. The partners of this programme involve the Government of the United Republic of Tanzania through the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare (MoHSW), donors and implementing partners.

The Government is responsible for signing the contracts with donors and  overseeing the whole process of implementation of the programme through the MoHSW. The donors support the process of implemeting the programme including procuring of ITNs, mobilisation campaigns, and monitoring and evaluation. Implementing partners are involved in the day to day operations of the programme, with specific roles contributing to the whole.
